Bought a Condo at the Sea Ranch in Boca Raton, Florida

My wife and I live out of state and wanted to purchase a condo on the ocean in Boca Raton. Before we were ready to look at condos or hire a Realtor, we researched which communities we were interested in. When we searched for condos in our desired community, we came across an ad by Paul Schlanger about a buyer rebate of 1% of the purchase price. We called and had a great conversation with Paul. Sold My Condo at Akoya Boca West, Boca Raton Florida

Paul Schlanger was a pleasure to work with. He initially helped me purchase a condo at Akoya Boca West, but because of personal reasons, I needed to sell it. My friends told me I should hire one of the national Real Estate companies. I interviewed several companies but they weren't as aggressive as Paul and their marketing plan included sending out postcards announcing the listing and adding the listing to the MLS. Paul Schlanger is very aggressive and an expert at digital marketing. In fact, I originally found Paul when I saw one of his ads on Google. I interviewed Paul again, but this time it was to sell my condo. He explained his marketing strategy and I was impressed. I hired Paul to sell my condo and I'm glad I did. He sold my condo in 5 days for full asking price and saved me over $29,000 in commission. He is very hard working, responsive and cares about his clients. I had to move out of state during the process and Paul took care of everything. I had no idea how much actually went into selling my condo and was very glad to have a professional like Paul in my corner with all the resources that he brought with him.
