My wife and I live out of state and wanted to purchase a condo on the ocean in Boca Raton. Before we were ready to look at condos or hire a Realtor, we researched which communities we were interested in. When we searched for condos in our desired community, we came across an ad by Paul Schlanger about a buyer rebate of 1% of the purchase price. We called and had a great conversation with Paul. Paul Schlanger was a pleasure to work with. He initially helped me purchase a condo at Akoya Boca West, but because of personal reasons, I needed to sell it. My friends told me I should hire one of the national Real Estate companies.
